The service includes up to two hours of waiting time at the Blue Lagoon. If you wish to stay longer, additional waiting time can be arranged for an extra cost. Please inform us in advance if you require an extended stop at Blue Lagoon so we can adjust your booking accordingly.
The service is accessible to everyone, including those with mobility issues. Passengers must be able to get in and out of the vehicle with minimal assistance. Please consult a doctor if you have skin conditions, heart problems, or other health concerns related to the geothermal waters. For any special requirements, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
More than 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the amount paid.
